Bring on the basketball season

Ok, even to me - and I'm well aware how easily I slip from liking something into fatal-attraction like obsession - this cricket thing has gone a little far.

Today I looked at my watch, and it was 2:42. And I thought, "ah yes, two-for-forty two".

Cos I am clearly obsessed.

To be fair, I was watching cricket at the time, and it was 2/30-something. But still.

I also had a dream last week - and we all know how odd my dreams are - that I spoke to Lou Vincent and Brendan McCallum and toled them "We need to talk to the Black Caps hairdresser. cos there is clearly a problem".

So, roll on the basketball season so I can care about something else.
