Now, I need some advice. Can you develop allergies?

Basically, my whole head feels itchy, and my eyes feel like there's sandpaper behind them.

It's been really windy in Wellington this week, which i guess heralds spring. Which, as I understand it, is when people with allergies start to get them.

When i lived in Christchurch, i used to have sinus issues, but since I've left, they've pretty much gone. So, have i replaced one thing for another?

And amateur doctors out there want to diagnose me?
